Video & Events
A mix of the video and event work I've been involved in over the years. Some of it was carefully planned, some of it was figured out on the fly.
NoirCon
NoirCon is the developer conference series I built for Noir at Aztec. It started as a small, single-day gathering and grew into a proper conference series across three cities — each one with a different focus, a bigger crowd, and higher production value.
- NoirCon 1 — Denver (ETHDenver 2025). Around 150 attendees. The theme was AI meets ZK, so we brought in speakers like Ilya Polosukhin, founder of Near AI. Intimate, scrappy, and very much a "let's see if anyone shows up" moment.
- NoirCon 2 — Berlin (ETHBerlin 2025). By this point we'd built enough credibility to land Vitalik Buterin as a speaker. Scaled up the production, more structured talks, deeper technical content, bigger crowd.
- NoirCon 3 — Buenos Aires (Devconnect 2025). Around 700 attendees. We leaned hard into cypherpunk values for this one — no talks, exclusively technical workshops. We really leaned into the developer audience. Speakers included members of the Zcash founding team and technical researchers from many of the most cutting-edge privacy cryptography groups in the world.
It went from a scrappy side-event to the key ZK developer conference of the year.
The Dream Machine
The Dream Machine was an independent project I did with an incredible event designer, Tanna Krispil. We were brought on by the VC firm Long Journey Ventures to document their event, set up a pop-up podcast studio, and facilitate interviews between attendees — founders and investors.
Global Immersion
Global Immersion was a docu-series I directed and filmed that followed students as they lived and studied in different countries. The goal was to capture what it actually feels like to be dropped into a completely unfamiliar place — the disorientation, the small breakthroughs. When I took over the series, costs decreased by 70% while views 3x'd.
